Multi Point Inspection

To give you maximum peace of mind, every Star Select Approved Used car from Mercedes Benz is inspected by trained technicians. The inspection covers all mechanical and electrical components, the bodywork, interior, tyres and wheels- this procedure includes a full road test. Any mechanical faults are rectified using only genuine Mercedes Benz parts.
In addition we will ensure that all road tyres have a minimum tread depth of 3mm
(Were applicable an NCT Test will be carried out).

Approved Used Car Warranty

Every Mercedes Benz Approved Used Car under 5 years/ 100,000 kms will benefit from a 12 months or 50,000 kilometers warranty. This warranty will either be the balance of the original warranty that covered the car from its first registration, a stand alone Star Select warranty or a combination of the two. Only a limited number of items are not covered under the Star Select warranty these include parts requiring to be replaced or repaired due to normal wear, tear and gradual deterioration or failure arising through improper usage or maintenance.
Roadside Assistance Cover
Help is just a telephone call away Mercedes Benz Star Select Approved Used Cars are covered for a minimum 12 months by the unique Mercedes Benz Mobilo Roadside Assistance package that ensures you are back on the road with the minimum of inconvenience.

Specially trained employees are available to receive your calls at the Mercedes Benz Star Select Service 24hr control centre, throughout the entire year. Around the clock, our service hotline is on the job 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

30 Day Exchange Plan

We are completely confident in the quality of your Mercedes Benz Star Select vehicle that in the unlikely event that a demonstrable fault arises within the first 30 days/1,000kms of ownership (whichever is the sooner) and cannot be resolved; the customer shall be entitled to exchange the vehicle for an appropriate replacement vehicle.
